Site-Secure Software inc. may, from time to time, track what pages are most frequently accessed by site visitors.  We do not match this information with any personal information.  We do not collect your personal information outside of pages where you are requested to input it in order to perform a specific function.  In those areas where you,  the user, enter personal information, we will not release said information to anyone. or our authorised distributors to the extent required to support your needs unless we have your consent, we are under a legal order to do so, or there is an emergency involving personal danger.  The only Site-Secure employees or consultants who will be allowed to have access to personal information are those who we deem need to have such access.  Any employee or consultant who violates our privacy and security policies is subject to disciplinary action, including possible termination or prosecution.

Information Sent to Site-Secure via E-mail, Web forms and Support Centre

In many places you may be required to supply  personal information where it is required to fulfil certain functions, such as enter a request for support.  This information will not shared with any party not involved in satisfying your requirements.  Unless the completed function implies a specific request to be contacted, you will not be contacted.
