Restricted Access Person Module(RAP)

The Restricted Access Person Module is particularly effective in assisting both Receptionists and Security Personnel in controlling the access of visitors, contractors or employees into the facilities. When authorised persons within a company or government department place restrictions upon individuals, such information is usually kept confidential until the restricted person tries to gain access to the facility. At that moment, the receptionist or security personnel will, upon entering the person’s name, into the database will find that a restriction has been applied to the individual. The severity of the restriction and details on how to process the person can be viewed by clicking on the “restriction box”, in the center of the screen. Site-Secure searches it’s entire personnel database for anyone with a restriction applied, every time a person’s name is entered into the system. All visitors and contractors as well as employees entered into the database are retained online, for several years if necessary, or until deleted. This module contains the names and if available, images and aliases, of all individuals with any form of restriction. Administration can view the source and detail of the restriction, e.g. internal or external security agencies. It is also possible to flag the number of days that a restriction has been imposed in order to allow compliance with any law or internal policy governing the removal or renewal of any restriction. If a restricted person or persons are attempting to gain entry to your facility through one of a number of access points, it is possible to send an “Emergency Broadcast” to all previously defined people or posts with a warning and description of the person(s).
