🔒 Avis / Notice 🔒

SiteSecure Software and Ottawa Security Systems recently experienced a cybersecurity incident. As soon as it was detected, we immediately took action to secure our infrastructure and launched a thorough investigation with the support of independent cybersecurity experts to assess the nature and scope of the attack.

We can confirm that this was a ransomware attack that encrypted a limited number of our servers. Thanks to our security protocols and backup systems, we were able to contain the attack and fully restore our data. At this time, our analyses indicate no data loss, and we are continuing our investigation to determine whether any sensitive information may have been involved. If that is the case, we will directly notify the involved clients and individuals, as required.

The security of our systems and the protection of the data entrusted to us remain our highest priority. In line with our commitment to cybersecurity, we have strengthened our security measures to prevent future incidents and have reported this matter to the relevant authorities.

We appreciate your understanding and remain available should you have any questions.
