The security requirements checklist can be cumbersome to manage based on the large number of contracts in a department. The security personnel assigned to review and approve the line 14 of the SRCL must have a tool enabling them to from the application interact with procurement officers, departmental clients, and project officers to ensure that all projects and contracts in place meet the security requirements of the department.
The SiteSecure module SRCL enables you to track key information and communication between all parties including scope of works, work descriptions, contractor access requirements, and finally the security clauses.
The system allows you to send and receive from the application: emails, follow-ups, and approvals of the security clause for the contract.
The SiteSecure SRCL module is designed especially to ensure an easy tracking of projects, provide accurate statistics, and minimize the amount of administerial time an employee must spend on each SRCL request.
The savings augment the productivity, the program efficiency and minimize human error in the data entry.

SiteSecure Software and Ottawa Security Systems recently experienced a cybersecurity incident. As soon as it was detected, we immediately took action to secure our infrastructure and launched a thorough investigation with the support of independent cybersecurity experts to assess the nature and scope of the attack.
We can confirm that this was a ransomware attack that encrypted a limited number of our servers. Thanks to our security protocols and backup systems, we were able to contain the attack and fully restore our data. At this time, our analyses indicate no data loss, and we are continuing our investigation to determine whether any sensitive information may have been involved. If that is the case, we will directly notify the involved clients and individuals, as required.
The security of our systems and the protection of the data entrusted to us remain our highest priority. In line with our commitment to cybersecurity, we have strengthened our security measures to prevent future incidents and have reported this matter to the relevant authorities.
We appreciate your understanding and remain available should you have any questions.
