The employee gives notice to their supervisor/manager. The supervisor/manager then initiates the departure process with iForms.

The final approval messages cannot be sent/accessed until all previous sections have been closed/completed.

The system maintains alternate manager info and routes the actions accordingly.

In most situations, it will be the security department that will retrieve the access card and keys. Security will likely de-activate clearance.
